Hertfordshire firm purchased by European vending specialists

Hertfordshire-based Express Vending has been purchased by European vending specialists Selecta Group for an undisclosed sum.

The firm, which was founded in 1992, has generated sales of more than £39m in the past year.

The acquisition looks to reaffirm Selecta’s position as a leading European provider of unattended self-service coffee and convenience food offerings.
