Clevedon based Hydro International makes global strides

Clevedon based Hydro International has announced the signing of two new distribution agreements in Russia and Romania.
Hydro is also celebrating its first contract win in Russia and has signed a strategic business partnership with the leading Russian engineering company, Ecoline Ltd.
And the parntership with Ecoline Ltd has already generated a significant early success, with Hydro announcing the signing of a €2.0m contract to supply its quality systems to the Northern Capital Gateway Consortium.
A major coup as Northern Capital is redeveloping St Petersburg International Airport (Pulkovo International), and once finished the new airport will be the largest in the Baltic region.
Hydro has also appointed C&V Water as a distributor of its wastewater products to Romania’s rapidly developing water infrastructure market.
Hydro says it has identified Romania as a strategic priority due to the large number of water and sewerage infrastructure projects planned and funded by the EU.
Such projects include the building of new wastewater treatment plants, the upgrading of existing infrastructure, and a major new initiative to connect a larger proportion of the population to the sewerage network.
