Mark Tempest, a Partner specialising in all aspects of corporate and personal insolvency, has joined the VWV Watford office.

Mark joins VWV from Dentons, and welcomes the opportunity to work again with many of his Matthew Arnold & Baldwin (MAB) colleagues, with whom he worked for over 18 years. He also trained and qualified at MAB.

He also has over 20 years of legal advisory experience and his clients have included insolvency practitioners, receivers, accountants, banks, company directors and other commercial organisations and individuals.

Managing Partner Simon Heald commented on Mark’s arrival: “We are delighted to have someone of Mark’s calibre joining our Watford office, where he will complement our already strong Insolvency and Restructuring team”.

Mark responded: “Having worked at MAB and Dentons in Watford, I have been very aware of VWV’s growing reputation in the wider Herts region. Their focus and commitment to local business and the wider community is notable, including the recent merger with local niche private client law firm Seabourne Lawleys.

“I look forward to working with colleagues old and new, and also supporting my wider team of insolvency specialists across VWV’s four offices.”

Mark has been recommended by independent legal directories, Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.
