Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth appoints new commercial director
National law firm Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth has appointed Tony Bogle to the newly created role of commercial director.
Bogle joins the firm’s award-winning private client division from Financial Services, where he was most recently head of strategy & performance for Santander UK’s retail distribution arm.
In his role, Bogle will work closely alongside the four national heads of Private Wealth – Paula Myers, head of Will, Trust and Estate Disputes; Ros Bever, head of Family Law; Nick Rucker, head of Tax, Trusts and Estates; and Jeremy Raj, head of Residential Property – and will have responsibility for driving forward the firm’s ambitious Private Wealth strategy.
Bogle joins the firm at an exciting period of growth, which in recent months has seen all four of its national departments expand in number and expertise through a successful recruitment programme.
In the last three months Will, Trust and Estate Disputes partner Jonathan Gist joined the Birmingham office, Family Law partner Katie McCann was welcomed to the Manchester office and Tax, Trusts and Estates senior associate Andrea Jones was recruited to lead the team in the Leeds office.
The leading national law firm, which has 14 offices across the UK, was also named by eprivateclient as a 2018 top-tier law firm, the only national law firm at the top level.
