Keebles LLP advises Real Estate Investments Group on commercial acquisition

UK-top 200 Yorkshire law firm Keebles LLP has advised Wakefield-based Real Estate Investments Group (REIG) on its acquisition of a Tesco Express store in Oldham.

REIG, headed up by Harpreet Banwait, has acquired over £10m of commercial properties within 12 months with a further two deals currently in the final stages of completion.

Led by Keebles’ Partner Craig Law, the firm’s commercial property team acted as legal advisors to REIG and provided the correct expertise involved to complete the investment.
