Kent office equipment firm moves into new premises

Insight Systems new premises

Kent-based Insight Systems, which provides businesses with photocopiers, printers and software solutions, has moved into new premises in Wrotham with the help of a six-figure funding package from HSBC.

The building, named Insight House, is designed as a live technology workspace where potential customers can see Insight Systems’ employees using the same technology that can benefit their businesses.

From digital processes to transform existing paper workflows, to secure print management systems with fingerprint access, Insight’s solutions enhance productivity, increase compliance, and reduce document-related costs.

At the building’s heart is The Technology Lab, a sandbox for businesses to evaluate the latest multifunctional printers and document software. Fully equipped to run Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems, and Adobe’s design suite, it is the perfect environment to ‘try before you buy’.

The colourful interior design is part of Insight’s brand identity, which echoes the primary colours used in printing. Several canvas artworks by a local artist depict well-known Kent landmarks and the company’s family ownership.

Sarah Milligan, Area Director for HSBC Business Banking in Kent, added: “Insight Systems has banked with us since the business set up in 2003 and the business model, which revolves around providing exceptional customer service, continues to prove successful. We’re delighted to support the company in its next phase of growth.”

The considerable investment demonstrates Insight’s commitment to its customers and employees. And with room to grow from the current 50 staff to over 100, the business looks forward to attracting new talent from both near and far.
