As the serviced offices sector continues to dominate the Bristol city centre offices market, Landmark is expanding its business centre in the city by taking further space in One Temple Quay.
The company has taken a new lease on 9,754 sq ft on the fourth floor of One Temple Quay, with Avison Young securing the deal on behalf of Bank of Ireland. Landmark already occupies the fifth floor in the building.
This becomes the third largest deal in Bristol city centre in the second quarter of 2019. In fact, the top three deals this quarter are all to serviced offices providers, amounting to 40% of the total city centre take-up in this period.
Paul Williams, Director at Avison Young in Bristol said: “The serviced offices sector is booming. It has accounted for the three largest deals in the city centre office market this quarter, totalling nearly 67,000 sq ft. There are further deals in the pipeline for the rest of the year as the flexible office space and co-working sector continues to grow strongly in Bristol and around the UK.”
Landmark has been a provider of serviced offices for 18 years, choosing spaces to operate from where it can offer a business class experience for clients. Situated within the Enterprise Zone, One Temple Quay occupies a prime location close to Temple Meads Station, and benefits from a range of amenities including a large on-site restaurant and, a 154-seater auditorium available for the use of tenants, and an excellent parking ratio and secure cycle storage.
Avison Young is now marketing the remainder of the fourth floor 10,201 sq ft at One Temple Quay, with the real estate company already having a number of parties showing potential interest.
