Locking Parklands unveiling

 

St. Modwen Homes has unveiled a new show home at its Locking Parklands development on the former RAF Locking site, near Weston-super-Mare.

Located on Farnborough Road, the four bedroom show home is a ‘Beech’ three storey townhouse.

The first properties are due to be delivered in September, with prices ranging from £229,500 for a semi-detached three bedroom Maple house to £350,000 for a Birch five bedroom detached property, of which just two are being built and one is already reserved.

The marketing suite, located off Farnborough Road at Locking Parklands is open for visitors seven days a week between 10am and 6pm.
