London-based brewer Pinter appoints Growth Director and Community Director

The fast-growing, London-based brewer, Pinter, has expanded its senior team with two significant hires.

Ted Charalambides joins as Growth Director. Previously at Pact Coffee – the largest speciality coffee subscription service in the UK – he will be responsible for creating and executing the customer acquisition strategy at Pinter.

Elsewhere, Ted will lead the revamp of the Pinter website to further enhance the customer journey both pre and post-purchase. Ted will also oversee Pinter’s consumer and trade PR and develop the marketing team – all with a view to finding, acquiring and retaining new Pinter customers.

Mike Miglore joins Pinter as Community Director after roles at the likes of News UK and Hope For Justice UK. In the role, Mike will be responsible for Pinter’s 16,000+ (and growing) community of brewers, focusing on customer strategy, data & analytics and value management including engagement, retention, loyalty and customer care.

Since its launch in 2020, Pinter has brewed over three million pints of award-winning Fresh Beer in over 60,000 homes. Based on weight and emissions savings in transit, Pinter is also a sustainable way of delivering beer to homes in the UK.

In its first year, more than £6m worth of Pinter products were sold, exceeding the combined first year trading sales of Mindful Chef, Brewdog and Gymshark. Pinter was also named a TIME Magazine invention of the year.
