Made In North Somerset on the horizon

The ‘Made in North Somerset’ event is only a couple of weeks away.
Now in its second year, the festival, which showcases local producers, artists and artisans will take place from September 15 to October 7 across North Somerset.
The event will be launched at Sidcot Arts Centre on September 15 with an arts exhibition showcase organised by North Somerset Arts.
From then on there will be creative workshops led by local artists, theatre performances, food-related events and demonstrations such as hot-glass workshops and furniture making.
The’Made in North Somerset’ food and craft showcase will also take place during the festival. To be held in the courtyard at the National Trust Tyntesfield Estate on Sunday September 30, this event brings together 40 North Somerset producers in one place.
