Building on an already established relationship, Allianz Partners UK has secured a new five-year contract with Mazda Motors UK. Under the new agreement, Allianz Partners will deliver used car warranty, extended warranty and dedicated support from its Used Car Business Specialists team.

Mazda customers will continue to benefit from competitively priced and comprehensive used car warranty, as well as extended warranty available directly through the Mazda dedicated warranty website and telesales team. In addition, Mazda dealers will have the support of Allianz Partners’ Used Car Business Specialist team, with two dedicated regional heads of business; one in the north and one in the south, both committed to assisting and improving used car sales operations across the Mazda network.

Peter Allibon, Sales Director Mazda Motors UK commented: “This contract extension builds on our 19-year partnership with Allianz Partners, which continues to bring us an unrivalled quality of care for our customers and dealers. We are particularly looking forward to working with the Used Car Business Specialist team who will be helping our dealers optimise the performance of the network by identifying areas for enhancement to further boost the profitability of their used car sales.”

Lee Taylor, Chief Sales Officer for Northern, Eastern and Central Europe for Allianz Partners said: “This announcement confirms the excellent partnership we have built up with Mazda Motors UK, not only as the provider of their Roadside Assistance scheme for new car customers, but as the provider of warranty services that benefit used car owners. Over the next five years we will be working closely with Mazda dealers to not only help them maximise warranty sales opportunities but strengthen its customer loyalty and retention.

“This latest warranty success for Allianz Partners UK is part of our ongoing focus to support major motor manufacturers as they operate in an increasingly competitive marketplace.”
