Recent contract wins have resulted in further expansion of the team at construction and refurbishment specialists Integral Build.

Quantity surveyor Mike Ogden will be working on the recently started Redcliffe Parade project for Change Real Estate that will see the conversion of six Georgian townhouses in the Redcliffe area of Bristol from office accommodation to high-quality residential apartments.

He will also support the team on the enhanced fit out of the ongoing £45m transformation of Ashton Gate Stadium for Bristol Sport.

The new South Stand and refurbishment of the Dolman Stand is now complete with the remainder of the project due to be finished this summer.

Mike joins Integral from ISG where he worked on a number of high profile projects including the Charles Church apartments in Portishead and Wandsworth Leisure Centre refurbishment.

He previously worked with both Vinci Construction and Skanska UK on developments such as the £38m Life Sciences Building at the University of Bristol and the Langford Vetinerary Small Animal Surgery.

His appointment follows other recent additions to the Bristol-based team, including senior estimator Lester Parry.

Divisional Director Tim Stringer said: “Mike has joined us at a time of quite significant growth. Redcliffe Parade is indicative of the attraction of the city both as somewhere to live and do business and the resulting demand for high-quality city centre living. We’re seeing more of this type of work now coming through.

“This appointment builds on our ability to deliver these type of projects and build our portfolio in the £500k to £7m plus sector.”
