Mode Global Holdings PLC (“LSE:MODE”), the LSE-listed Fintech Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ariane Murphy as Chief Investor Relations Officer.

Ariane joined Mode as one of the founding team members in June 2018 and has been responsible for the Group’s strategic marketing and communications programmes during a period of accelerated growth which saw the launch of the highly successful Mode bitcoin app and the Group’s IPO on the London Stock Exchange Main Market last year.

As Chief Investor Relations Officer, Ariane will be responsible for leading the strategic planning and ongoing development of all investor relations activities with the aim of diversifying the Group’s shareholder base and increasing shareholder value.

Ariane will work directly with Mode Executive Chairman Jonathan Rowland and the Board of Directors.

Mode Executive Chairman Jonathan Rowland comments: ‘Ariane was part of the founding team that helped to set up Mode more than two years ago. During this period, she has played a vital role in supporting the successful launch of our cryptocurrency business and laying the foundations for our soon-to-be launched payments and loyalty solution.

“Having been key in establishing and growing the Mode brand, I am delighted that she will now take the lead in building our investor relations programme as we work to realise our strategic goals as a public company.’

Mode Chief Investor Relations Officer Ariane Murphy comments: ‘I am delighted to embark on this new journey where I will be focused on engaging with our shareholders and other stakeholders as we deliver on our ambitious growth plans in the months ahead. I look forward to helping Mode maximise its visibility and tradability and become a leading fintech brand that is recognised worldwide.’
