Key Solutions Mortgages has been recognised twice at a national-level for the quality of its service.
The Weston-super-Mare-based company, has won the ‘Outstanding Customer Outcome Award’ at the Legal and General Business Quality Awards and the ‘Best Broker for General Insurance’ at the Mortgage Strategy Awards.
The Legal and General award recognised the firm for their work in offering exceptional levels of customer service.
The Mortgage Strategy Awards included a public vote stage where all shortlisted firms were invited to London for an interview with a panel of judges and industry experts.
General Insurance Manager, Ed Jackson, aged just 26, joined Key Solutions two years ago to set up the general insurance section of the business.
He said: “I was so humbled to learn my team had won this award. We, along with the rest of the company, work so hard to wow our clients and it’s amazing to see we are being recognised for this.”
