Commercial cleaning operation business Mrs Buckét plans to hire up to 150 permanent team members over the next year. The business says a third of these roles will be required in the first quarter of 2021.
The company, based in Wales and the South West, is experiencing growing demand for its cleaning and decontamination services as businesses, manufacturers, schools and healthcare organisations increase their investment in hygiene practices, in response to the continued threat of COVID-19.
Mrs Buckét Founder and MD, Rachael Flanagan comments: “Throughout the last year, our cleaners have worked non-stop to make workplaces, factories, schools and GP surgeries safer environments for their staff, students and customers. This battle is not over, and we’re looking for exceptional individuals with a can-do attitude who want to play a vital role in the fight against the coronavirus.
“One of the great things about this job is that it is extremely flexible, and the hours can fit around an individual’s availability, whether they want to work in the day or opt for a few night shifts. It’s a fantastic working environment, there are always opportunities for career progression, and we have a hugely supportive team.”
