MS RUBRIC ADVISES ON SALE OF TWO VET PRACTICES TO VETPARTNERS

Bristol-based law firm MS Rubric has advised on another two acquisitions in the veterinary sector.

The firm acted on behalf of both Three Counties Equine Hospital near Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, and Elands Veterinary Clinic, which has two practices near Sevenoaks in Kent, during their sale to national group VetPartners, which has more than 400 sites across the UK.

MS Rubric is the leading veterinary solicitors in the UK, having acted on sales in the sector with a total acquisition value of £500 million.
