My Clever Group will allow its employees to work from home “forever” should they wish to do so, chief executive officer Gareth Mobley has announced.
On why the company has reached the decisions, Gareth comments: “We focus on attracting only the best and most uncompromising talent, and a person’s geographical location should not be a prohibiting factor. To attract the best talent we continue to build on our many employee benefits, now including remote working, and strategically it’s paying off.”
My Clever Group have recently signed former Amazon and bet365 head Dan Macklin as CTO and Senior Video Producer Phil Beastall, famed for his work for Lewis Capaldi and the viral Christmas film ‘Love Is A Gift’.
My Clever Group instructed employees to work from home from March 10, following the government imposed lockdown; and employees who prefer to work remotely can now do so indefinitely.
Gareth comments further: “Prior to Covid-19 we offered employees flexible working, allowing employees to work from home 2 days per week. This meant that we were uniquely positioned to respond quickly and allow the team to work from home throughout the pandemic.”
