Nailsea man made redundant due to pandemic launches new plumbing and heating business

A Nailsea man who has more than 15 years’ experience in the plumbing and heating industry, has made the most of his time on furlough and started his own business.

Barry Maxted has launched MAXFlush to offer a professional powerflushing service to heating engineers and homeowners.

Powerflushing is the process of cleaning a central heating system.

Barry started up the business after being made redundant as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.

He comments:”I aim to utilize the latest equipment to provide a professional, friendly and reliable service, building up strong relationships with customers across the region.”
