Architecture, urban design, planning and regeneration practice Nash Partnership is set to become the latest tenant at 25 King Street in Bristol.

The practice has taken 1,300 ft² of ground floor space in the prominent six-storey office building near Queen Square.

The firm’s new premises will be in addition to its 3,000 ft² of existing office space in Bath, from where Nash Partnership has operated for 27 years.

The practice is expanding its Bristol presence to service a growing portfolio of work in the city and nationally.

Through the new Bristol office, it will continue to provide an integrated offer for the built environment including architecture, urban design, planning, regeneration and heritage expertise.

Since launching a small serviced office in Wine Street four years ago, the proportion of the practice’s turnover relating to Bristol projects has increased by c.20%.

This has prompted the practice’s strategic decision to move to its own larger city centre premises, which it plans to open by the end of May.

Senior Partner Edward Nash comments: “We are delighted to have signed the lease for our new office in Bristol, which symbolises an important stage in the growth of our business.

“With a very healthy number of Bristol projects on the books, the time is right for us to up our presence here by taking more space in this great city location.

“Having a convenient, permanent base in the city will enable staff to work more closely with our Bristol clients, ensuring they receive the best quality of service.

“Our mix of skills is normally only available through the geographic spread of larger multi-national firms, so we have something unique to offer Bristol and we look forward to the local, regional and national opportunities this will present.”
