New CEO appointed at thermal insulation provider

Rugby-based thermal insulation solutions provider Autins Group has appointed Gareth Kaminski-Cook as chief executive officer, effective January 2019.
In the meantime, Autins Group has confirmed that Michael Jennings will leave the company on 31 August 2018 and Ian Griffiths will be appointed as interim chief executive officer in order to ensure a smooth transition.
Cook will join the company from international performance materials group, Low & Bonar, where he was group director of strategy, sales and marketing; as well as global business director, interiors and transportation.
In a statement, Kaminski-Cook said: “This is an exciting time to join Autins. The market drivers for specialist NVH solutions offer strong growth opportunities for the business, particularly the Neptune product which is seeing growing success with OEMs across Europe.
“I have been very impressed by the recent investment in the business and am looking forward to leading the Group in the next phase of its growth.”
In his various roles, Cook has had 25 years’ experience in market-leading industrial organisations across several business sectors, having worked previously for Saint Gobain, Rexam, BPB and Danaher.
