New maintenance contract signed by Shropshire Council

Shropshire CouncilFacilities management specialist Assist Group has secured a seven year partnership with Kier Group to deliver Streetscene and Grounds Maintenance Services as part of their new Highways Alliance with Shropshire Council.

Assist provide a wide range of highways and facilities services to local authorities, highways agencies, social landlords and the private sector on a national basis.

Dave Dargan CEO of Assist commented: “We have enjoyed a long successful relationship with Kier, who are a high-quality partner. We are looking forward to working together with them and Shropshire council in what will be a great partnership.”

The partnership with Kier comes after working together on a number of successful contracts across the UK.

The unique partnership approach Kier is delivering for Shropshire represents a truly innovative approach designed to maximise customer value by using sector specialists to complement its core delivery model.
