A South West-based independent spa has appointed a new manager. Olivia Molloy has now taken up the reins at thespa, Cadbury House which is located in Congresbury, North Somerset.

Having studied Beauty Therapy at Ashley Down College in Bristol, she will now head up a team of nine therapists providing treatments and spa days to local customers and hotel guests.

I studied at Ashley Down College after leaving school and then went straight into working in spas and salons across Bristol. To now be in charge of such a highly regarded spa in the industry is great.

“I’m really looking forward to getting stuck in to my new role. I feel so proud of what I have accomplished so far and I’m really excited to put all my energy and passion into making thespa at Cadbury House the best it can be. We’ve also got a really great team which makes my job a lot easier!

“The potential here is amazing and I’ll be looking to introduce new packages and ideas that will maintain its position as the best in the business while attracting customers from all demographics.”

Mark Johns, general manager of the health club added: “Olivia comes with a wealth of experience and a fantastic reputation. She’s got some great ideas and is superb with customers so I’m sure she will do amazingly.”

  1. I could honestly say that Olivia was so sweet when we first met her at the ripe old age of 16 that I just wanted to adopt her and have her in our team. Well done Olivia and good luck!. I hope to have a “bus man’s holiday” and pop over for a fab treatment.
