Bristol recruiter investing in new offices and personnel

The Heat Recruitment team

Bristol business Heat Recruitment is expanding headcount and office space as businesses adapt to the ‘next normal’.

Steve Preston is Managing Director of the Castlepark-based recruitment agency, and comments: “We’ve seen significant growth since we started the business in 2006, resulting in an office move every three years to match the speed in which the business has expanded.

“And with attractive rates and terms for commercial leases, now is the right time to make this investment in our future.”

Steve says that the ‘new normal’ may not be the same as the one we left prior to the lockdown restrictions when home working was brought to the fore; but he believes that by providing a combination of a dynamic workspace, flexibility and collaboration, employees can realise their full potential both in the office and at home.

Heat Recruitment has become known for its commitment to employee wellbeing and positive working environment.

Steve comments:  “Our office vibe is an extension of our employer brand, where we want people to fully engage with their work and the business, collaborate as a team and make great things happen.

“Most of our employees are friends inside and outside of the office and with this level of camaraderie coupled with some healthy competition and a desire to provide a first-class service, we’ve been able to provide a great place to work and grow a career.”

For the last two years, Heat Recruitment has ranked on the Sunday Times’ Best Companies list.
