New recruitment agency launches in Bristol

Abbie Burland has launched Mella Recruitment off the back of years of experience working in the sector.

She says the agency will be focusing on specific sectors that benefit from the team’s expertise: “We specialise in B2B recruitment, covering Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, Professional Services, Managerial and Administration roles in both permanent and contract staffing solutions. The Mella Way means we can focus our proficiency on any sector, because we’re all about the people.”

Mella takes its name from the Latin for ‘honey’.

Abbie concludes: “I founded Mella to disrupt how recruitment works for businesses and candidates to ensure a bespoke and personal service. Many years of leading a recruitment team planted the seed for Mella – and growing a different kind of recruitment business. I have a passion for working with growing businesses and to build honest and long-lasting relationships.”
