New retail space to be built near Salisbury Plain

The Packway, Larkhill, SP4 8PZ

New retail space to be built in the growing garrison town of Larkhill on the edge of Salisbury Plain has become available off-plan.

Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has been instructed to market The Packway –ground floor retail space. Quoting rent for the 5,954 sq ft unit is available on application to Myddelton & Major.

The property will comprise ground floor retail space suitable to be configured for up to two units, with internal configuration to suit an occupier’s needs.

Myddelton & Major Partner Dean Speer said: “Larkhill is a Garrison town lying on the edge of Salisbury Plain. The Royal School of Artillery is located there and the Regiment of the Royal Artillery has recently moved its headquarters to Larkhill.

“The site occupies a prominent position on the approach to Larkhill, immediately adjoining access to a new MoD married quarters development comprising 444 new dwellings for service families, currently under construction. Therefore any tenant acquiring the lease on this property will have potential customers right on the doorstep.”

If configured into two units, each would be 2,977 sq ft.

Larkhill lies approximately 2.4 miles to the west of the town of Durrington and 4.7 miles to the north of the main local centre of Amesbury.
