New surveyor joins Bristol commercial real estate company

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Surveyor, Charles Swanson to its Bristol Logistics & Industrial team.

Charles has spent the last three years working in the UAE, firstly with consultancy, Cavendish Maxwell and more recently, Knight Frank Middle East, based in its Dubai office.

He specialised in commercial leasing in the industrial and logistics sector and was one of the most prominent agents in the market, undertaking acquisition and disposal instructions on behalf of regional and multinational companies.

In his new role he will be working with clients to provide strategic advice on the acquisition, asset management and disposal of logistics and industrial properties on behalf of landlords, developers and occupiers across Bristol and the South West region.
