Short Richardson Forth has appointed Mark Stephenson as a new partner in its commercial property team

The move marks a continuation of the firm’s growth strategy following the opening of its first satellite office in Manchester at the start of March 2018.

Stephenson brings with him nearly 15 years of experience working in the commercial property legal sector, having worked with major investors up and down the UK.

Paul Earnshaw, partner and head of the commercial property team, said: “Mark’s recruitment comes after a very successful couple of years for the commercial property department here at SRF, and growing the team further is the best way to keep that momentum going forward, and shows our desire to continue that good run of form.”

Stephenson, the first new partner to be recruited by SRF since 2016, added: “Short Richardson & Forth has a growing reputation within the commercial property sector and I was eager to become part of, and contribute to, its continued development, with the aim of helping establish the team as a leader within the North East region.”

The firm hopes to continue its growth with more new appointments over the coming year coinciding with its anniversary in Newcastle.
