Savills, on behalf of WCR Ltd, has sold the freehold interest of 12 Apex Court, an office building in north Bristol to Property Options Group for £315,000.
Located on Apex Court Business Park, the property provides 2,565 sq ft of refurbished office space across three floors and will be used by Property Options Group as their north Bristol headquarters.
This sale follows the recent letting by Savills, on behalf of a private client, of 13 Apex Court to Filton Systems Engineering Limited.
The Bristol-based aerospace firm, has agreed to let 2,567 sq ft on a new five year lease at a rent of £25,670 per annum, reflecting £10.00 per sq ft.
Apex Court Business Park is comprised of 15 office buildings located adjacent to the M4/M5 interchange and just 2.5 miles away from Bristol Parkway Station providing excellent road and rail access.
