Occupational health firm embarks on ‘tech transformation’

Huddersfield-based Prohms has overhauled its tech infrastructure, 12 months after the acquisition of occupational health firm Elite Executives.
The overhaul is intended to support the firms’ planned 10% combined growth in 2019.
Prohms, established over 15 years ago, provides healthcare services to local and national companies. It acquired Elite in early 2018.
The tech transformation stems from a £40,000 investment.
Sandra Babbings, Prohms’ managing director said: “We have invested heavily in IT this year to consolidate the two firms, as well as improve our data security, compliance, flexibility and access to information when we are off-site visiting clients. This will allow Prohms and Elite to work seamlessly together throughout 2019 and beyond.”
Samantha Murray, Elite’s occupational health business partner added: “2018 was a difficult and challenging year, but despite this, October went on to be the biggest month in the company’s history to date. In addition, we upheld our high-level service throughout last year which led to client retention of 90%.”
Prohms recently relocated to premises at Park Valley House, Lockwood, while Elite is headquartered in Snaith.
