New office acquisition for Viper Subsea as it continues to grow

Viper Subsea, a rapidly expanding sub-sea engineering company in Portishead has agreed a deal to relocate into larger offices.

Acting on behalf of PMH Western, property consultants Alder King have negotiated a letting at Marine View Office Park in Portishead for the fast-growing company.

Viper Subsea, which began trading in 2007 with three staff, now employs 35 staff and had outgrown its previous premises in Portishead.

It has now taken Unit 3a, which provides 4,199 sq ft of Grade A office space over ground and first floors, on a new 10 year lease.
