One2one Design have been an established business for many years until they recently saw a gap in the market that would enable then to become the Design Group that they are today. The expansion of the Group began when directors Jo and Matt saw that their skill sets dovetailed and complemented each other’s, and they began to question what would happen if they were to work together?
The increase in client base and turnover could surely follow. Good design needn’t be expensive design, so why not be a company that provides great design, at reasonable costs, underpinning value for the customer? They believe that this philosophy works for companies in the FMCG market at reasonable prices, so why shouldn’t it work in the design market?
After a complete overhaul of the brand, identity and working premises, One2one Design Group Ltd was born and trading soon became prolific with many leading brands in the PLC arena turning to them for help.
Matts working background of 25 years in the global Sales and Marketing pharmaceutical sector set him in great stead and he has joined the company as the Commercial Account Director. With the increasing demands on the project development and account management, the group ensure customer focus is at the heart of everything they do.
Jo remains as Creative Director and is able to take a more holistic and strategic approach due to the recruitment of an additional two designers, taking the team to six. This ensures that the group can maintain their philosophy of a ‘One2one’ client approach that has served their clients well over the years.
Historically One2one Design Group were focussed on design for print and literature, logo and corporate identity and Annual reports and Accounts. Recent growth has meant an expansion into website design and social media marketing. This means they are able to satisfy many more of their customers’ needs across the various marketing platforms and can be a full service to their customers by providing a greater depth of marketing channels under one roof.
