Osborne Clarke advises Vet’s Klinic on £4m Mobeus funding round

Lawyers at international legal practice Osborne Clarke in Bristol have advised Swindon-based Vet’s Klinic on a £4m growth capital investment from Mobeus.

Vet’s Klinic offers a unique experience for pets and pet owners, with a glass-fronted treatment area, a booking system, real-time video and photo updates to pets’ medical records and a large-scale team of veterinary experts.

The business has seen growing demand for its services during the pandemic, with 3.2 million households adopting a pet since March 2020. To meet demand, Vet’s Klinic will use the funding to roll out a further four “super klinics” along the M4 corridor.

The Osborne Clarke team consisted of Bristol-based partner Simon Jones, associate director James Taylor, senior associate Jack Wellington and associate Sara De Rinaldis from the firm’s corporate team.
