Recruitment Partnership recently released its new brand and Business Leader caught up with the Founder James Taylor to get the low down on what it’s all about.
So, James, tell us why you wanted to rebrand? What was your starting point?
After an amazing 15 year journey with the growth and success of Recruitment Partnership, I realised that it was time to update the brand to better reflect the aims, ambitions and ethos of the business and our offering. We relocated our headquarters to a premier office in Clifton Village which also prompted the change.
What did the process teach you?
I realised that the key reasons that make us successful needed to be presented in a much bigger and broader way using all available channels such as Insta, Twitter, Video, etc, but in a more cohesive way.
The new strapline for RP is “ Business Fit”. What does that represent?
Recruitment Partnership is fit for our clients business needs and fit for purpose. We are a recruitment company that has an excellent track record in providing a business class service.
What does the future hold for RP and the team and what is the vision for the future?
Our vision is to be the most reliable supplier of IT recruitment and Business Change services and to continue to deliver consultative, collaborative and commercial services that match our customers own high expectations and ambitions. We are looking to continue our expansion to set up new specialists divisions to enhance our core offering
How are you going to celebrate?
I am lucky to have an excellent team at Recruitment Partnership, some of whom have been here for over 10 years. They fancy an evening at The Ivy nearby!
