Insurtech firm Policy Expert opens new Milton Keynes HQ

Policy Expert, the UK personal lines insurtech, recently announced the opening of its new Home Insurance headquarters in the Exchange House at the heart of Milton Keynes.

The new office marks a key milestone in Policy Expert’s ongoing expansion plans, which have already seen it grow to provide home and motor insurance to more than one million UK households.

Policy Expert has been centrally located in Milton Keynes since it was founded in 2011. The new office space spans 22,939 sq ft across a single floor and has undergone extensive refurbishment.

It will hold c.300 employees across the Home Insurance team with the flexibility to extend the space in the future and use hybrid working to maximise capacity. The majority of colleagues moving to the headquarters are in internal operations and customer-facing roles.

The new office has been set up to foster a dynamic, collaborative and inclusive culture throughout the team. Its modern, open-plan design features brand-new recreational facilities such as a games area, creative space and multi-purpose quiet room. Its Learning & Development training suite will be home to Policy Expert’s employee mentoring programmes and internal conferences.
