Just East hits revenues of £118m and takes more office space
One of Bristol’s most prominent office buildings is now fully let after technology firm Just Eat decided to expand its base in the city.
The move has seen Just Eat take the seventh floor of Broad Quay House in addition to its existing space on the second floor.
The online food and delivery service is the only five-star rated food delivery app and today posted revenues were up 46% to £118m.
Paul Harrison, Interim CEO, and CFO comments: “Just Eat has enjoyed another period of strong growth. In addition to structural market growth, we are also seeing the benefits of ongoing investments in technology and marketing.
“We are pleased to reiterate guidance given at our 2016 full year results on 7 March 2017, for full year 2017 revenues of between £480-495 million, and underlying EBITDA of £157-163 million.”
Just Eat was already occupying around 7,000 sq ft of space at Broad Quay House and has now agreed to take an extra 7940 sq ft of space.
