Bristol-based company Quarter has unveiled its new coworking space on Berkeley Square, Square Works.

At the launch event on Thursday 10 January 2019, the independent company behind Bristol venues such as The Square private members’ club, Racks Bar & Kitchen and Clifton Hotels revealed the plans and designs for the unique workspace located just off the iconic Park Street.

Square Works is set to be officially opened in June but from 17 January, the meticulously redesigned Georgian mansion will be open for exclusive previews.

Creative professionals and businesses had the opportunity to learn more about the exclusive benefits of Square Works which include high specification meeting rooms, full access to The Square and its dynamic and inspiring events programme, ergonomic furniture and bespoke business services.

At the event, prospective residents and current members of Quarter’s creative private members’ club were able to secure space for their businesses at Square Works or enhance their memberships with access to the new space for the first time.

Commenting on the event, Kevin Vowles, community manager for Square Works, said: “We were thrilled to finally reveal the plans for our beautiful new collaborative workspace on Thursday evening and the event was a great success. It was fantastic to welcome so many creative individuals and businesses based in Bristol who were interested in the new space.

“This city is a creative hotspot and we wanted to offer something unique with Square Works: impressive co-working studio space in an unbeatable location, benefitting from exclusive services and inspiring collaboration with other businesses in the creative arena.”

Quarter is a community of independent hotels, suites, short lets, cafes, bars, restaurants and creative studios in Bristol and was nominated as a finalist in the Bristol Lifestyle Awards 2018.

The company launched The Square Club 20 years ago and since then the members’ club has consistently demonstrated its commitment to bringing people together both professionally and socially.
