Readie appoint Berkeley Modular to construct new factory

Readie have appointed Berkeley Modular to construct a new factory and office building with associated S278 works to create a new facility for the off-site construction of modular homes.

They will be working in association with UMC Architects, TR Collier Associates, Hoare Lea and Martin Arnold Ltd.

Readie will be bringing their own expertise to the development with the use of prefabricated elements of the building. This includes steel frame, precast concrete walls, precast concrete staircases and precast concrete liftshafts.

Readie Construction commenced trading in 2008 and has grown to become a £150 million turnover company within nine years. The company is privately owned and managed by a dynamic team with a wealth of experience in all aspects of the construction industry.

Turnover, profit and net value have grown every year since our inception, we have always traded without any debt or overdraft. Readie Construction specialises in commercial, industrial and retail projects, to a value of £5 million to £50 million.
