Dealer Commercial Manager (DCM) for SsangYong, Jon Winrow
SsangYong Motors UK has appointed a new Dealer Commercial Manager (DCM), Jon Winrow, who will cover the north of England and Scotland.
Jon joins from Hyundai UK where he was Sales Development Manager for the North. He started in retail motoring in 1987 and has experience of small, independent dealers and large PLCs, including holding the position of Dealer Principal for a multi-franchised dealer group.
With more than 30 years’ experience in the automotive industry, Jon said: “I’m delighted to join during the next chapter of SsangYong’s growth. So far, I have been very impressed with the dealers in my area and their ambition to grow with us.”
He added: “I’m looking forward to being able to utilise my own retail and manufacturer experiences to help develop SsangYong dealerships in my area.”
Kevin Griffin, Sales Director at SsangYong Motors UK, said: “We are delighted to see Jon join the team at what is an exciting time for SsangYong. We have taken on a number of new dealers in the past year with more to come, so having Jon on board will help us work with our expanding dealership network.”
