Slalom moves to new office following growth

Purpose-led, global business and technology consulting company, Slalom, has today announced the opening of a new 10,000 sqft office at Bruntwood’s Bloc, in the heart of Manchester, which will be its permanent base in the region following the firm’s impressive growth.
Since establishing a presence in Manchester in 2019, Slalom has created more than 120 jobs in the city region, developing a highly skilled team. Including strategy, technology, and transformation specialists that help organisations dream bigger and move faster. The firm has grown organically to 44 markets in seven countries since 2001.
Having already supported over 30 organisations across the region, Slalom has ambitious plans to bolster this by more than doubling its headcount in the North West by 2025.
Slalom’s involvement in the region spans far beyond digital transformation. The firm has become ingrained in the local business and wider community. An established member of the Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter, which improves employment standards across the region, the team also supports local charities including The Booth Centre and Onside Youth Zone.
Paul Squire, Managing Director, Slalom Manchester: “In 2019, when we first set our sights on Manchester, we knew the city was at the centre of digital innovation helping to strengthen industries across the UK.
“Since then, we’ve made connections across the city region, built an incredible team, and supported some fantastic businesses to go beyond the expected. Now, four years on, we’re making our footprint even bigger as we continue to recognise the breadth of talent here and the opportunity for collaboration with businesses that are delivering real change.
“This new office gives us the space to collaborate more closely with our partners and clients, helping them overcome the challenges they will continue to face. It has been designed with our clients in mind, offering a hub where we can work more closely together. Our house is your house!”
