Speculatively-built Apollo Park in Yate, north Bristol, is now almost fully occupied following three recent deals.
Unit 1, which totals 4,578 sq ft, has been let to Asterix Contracting, which is a national fit out contractor. This deal follows the recent letting of Units 2-3, totalling 7,999 sq ft, to another occupier on Apollo Park which needed expansion space. Real estate advisors Colliers International and RAE Commercial represented the landlord in both transactions. Asterix was unrepresented.
Unit 4 is the last remaining unit on Apollo Park, which extends to 3,555 sq ft, and is available for immediate occupation. The property has been fitted with offices and a kitchenette to first floor level, and a WC within the warehouse on the ground floor.
The 6.5-acre Apollo Park estate was built by leading industrial developer Chancerygate as one of Bristol’s first speculative industrial schemes without confirmed end users in over a decade. It was originally brought to the market by Colliers International and JLL. The final few units were sold last year to a private investor, and Colliers International was then retained as letting agent alongside RAE Commercial.

Well-located modern industrial space is in short supply in north Bristol, and Apollo Park has met the requirements of a variety of businesses for high-quality units. The lack of supply but consistent demand is reflected by the level of interest we have received in the final unit on the Park.”
