A deal for an undisclosed sum has been struck by EP Properties for a 88,000 sq ft distribution warehouse complex in St Helens.
EP Properties’ purchase of Valley Point, which sits within the Valley Point Industrial Estate, comprises one warehouse of 37,344 sq ft and another one of 41,221 sq ft; plus 90 parking spaces.
The Manchester office of Colliers International acted on behalf of Denholm to complete the deal.
John Sullivan, director of industrial and logistics at Colliers, said: “The sale on behalf of Denholm Logistics Group was particularly pleasing because the site had become surplus to its requirements.
“Large freehold opportunities such as Valley Point rarely come to market, and especially any so close to the M6.”
