Strong start at new serviced offices

A recently opened serviced office complex in Weston-super-Mare has made a strong start.

Pure Offices, just off the junction 21 and near Priory School, has already seen eight new tenants sign up since it opened in mid-August.

The businesses already based at the site include Staff Guardian, two construction companies, We Love Our Locals and a utilities firm.

Centre Manager at the site is Sarah Venn, who says that enquiries are coming thick and fast for space.

She comments: “We only opened in August but the demand has been incredible. We expect the site to be 50 per cent full by the end of the year, and a thriving business community.

“With the holiday season we weren’t expecting such interest. It’s positive – it shows there is an appetite for modern serviced offices that engage with the community and offer different sized units on flexible contracts.”

According to Sarah Pure Offices cater for businesses of all sizes, both small start ups and large corporates looking for a new office.

The Weston site is offering businesses a 15 per cent discount for the first six-months if they sign up by the end of October
