Substantial investment at business park
A business park in Weston-super-Mare is ‘ready to go’, following substantial investment.
Dowlas UK LTd have confirmed that all infrastructure services are now onsite with gas, electricity, water and telecoms having been installed over the past six-months.
Dowlas have invested circa £1.25 million to enable the business park to be ready for new occupiers.
Director, Gemma Hughes comments: “Weston Gateway Business Park is the only new business park in Weston-super-Mare to be fully serviced and ready to use.
“Any new clients are able to begin work immediately and have their building built to their speccification as soon as they want it to be.
“There are no waiting times for plots to be complete, at WGBP plots are instantly available.”
Along with all incoming services being complete at WGBP, a main access road has also been laid.
A pedestrian bridge has also been instlalled giving a direct link to the Worle Parkway Train Station and cycle connection to Diamond Batch.
Dowlas have been liasing with a number of organisation in the first part of 2013.
Gemma says she has been impressed with the level of strong leads, with the next occupier at the site expected to be announced soon.
One of the major attractions to WGBP is the team that has been built with an emphasis on taylor made packages to suit clients needs.
Knightstone Housing Headquaters and a new Hungry Horse Pub are already confirmed on site.
