Susannah Adams makes Partner at South West accountants

Milsted Langdon, which has offices across the South West, has promoted Susannah Adams to partner in the practice.

Susannah will head up the firm’s growing corporate finance offering.

She joined Milsted Langdon in 2008, as Senior Manager in the corporate finance team.

Susannah comments:  “In my new role, I will be looking to promote and further establish the department as a regional leader.

“I will also be looking to encourage more family run businesses, which make up a significant percentage of our client base, to consider succession planning at a much earlier stage.

“Surprisingly few family businesses give much thought to what will happen when the business needs to be passed on or sold, often because it still seems a long way off, when in fact earlier planning can save a great deal of stress and heartache further down the line.

“This is something I will be having greater involvement in as a partner.”
