Swindon dental surgery acquired with HSBC UK support

A dental surgery in Swindon has been acquired after its new owners secured a six-figure funding package from HSBC UK to purchase their first practice.

Husband and wife team Salil and Ruchi Sood, who operate as Perfect 2Kr Consultants, have acquired Gorse Hill Dental Practice. The couple used the funding package from HSBC UK to purchase the two-storey building, which features two practice rooms and a reception area.

Ruchi Sood, who has over 18 year’s dentistry experience internationally and in the UK for both NHS and private practices, will lead the surgery as head dentist, with her husband Salil managing business operations. Before acquiring this business venture, she previously worked as Associate Dental Surgeon at Euro Dental Clinic. Two nurses, receptionist and a practice manager have been recruited as a result of the takeover.

Ruchi Sood, co-owner of Gorse Hill Dental Practice, said: “It’s been a lifelong dream of mine to own a consultancy and with the support of my HSBC UK Relationship Manager, Mike Gill, I can become an independent practitioner. Salil and I are hoping to put our own stamp on the dental practice and look forward to serving both existing and new customers in the local community.”
