A tech company has signed a 10-year lease on offices in Birmingham city centre.

uTrack Software Solutions, which operates in the passenger transport sector, is relocating to offices at Bennett’s Hill House.

Bennett’s Hill House, a 20,000 sq ft office building, has undergone refurbishment of the interior and exterior. A high-speed broadband connection has also been provided for tenants.

LSH was appointed joint marketing agent for the five-storey building. Charlotte Fullard, associate director at LSH in Birmingham, said: “We are delighted to announce that uTrack has signed a 10-year lease on 2,500 sq ft of office space, highlighting both Bennett’s Hill House and Birmingham as the ideal location for ambitious and expanding businesses to locate to. It’s a wonderful building in a first class location, which will help the business attract and retain high-quality staff.”
