Amdaris, a high-growth, nearshore software development business with offices and development centers in the UK, Moldova, Romania, and the UAE has recorded its best first half of the year (H1) since its launch 11 years ago.

Amdaris has grown revenues by 49% (H1 2020 vs H1 2019) including projects from 3 FTSE listed organisations.

Amdaris has also seen growth from well-established brands looking to bounce-back by investing in digital transformation in preparation for a return to more normal business conditions including a coach operator and a leading derivatives trading consultancy.

The record-breaking revenue period follows the recently announced £6m investment in the business by BGF (the UK’s most active investor in small and medium-sized businesses).

The investment by BGF will support Amdaris organic and acquisition growth strategy.

Andy Rogers Co-CEO of Amdaris commments: “Our growth is a direct result of understanding the pressures on our client businesses, helping them find ways to bounce-back from the pandemic and in adding long-term value to their businesses through digital transformation.”

Vlad Nanu Co-CEO of Amdaris comments:”The continued growth we have experienced is a testament to our people and our processes and it makes for a great 11th birthday present to us all.”
