Telecoms business celebrates 11 years of trading

The Pure Comms team

Award winning telecoms provider PureComms, based in Tickenham, just outside of Bristol is celebrating 11 years of trading.

PureComms was founded in 2009 by CEO Rob Vivian and they pride themselves in providing bespoke telecoms solutions with first class customer service to businesses of all sizes throughout the UK.

Coupled with the recent expansion of their business development team, marquee investments and bringing on several major high-value clients such as IVC Evidensia, Ascot Group, Co-op, Bonhams and Gardiner Haskins, PureComms has seen year on year growth.

Rob has always ensured PureComms is responding to the current climate, so in March this year the business responded rapidly to the pandemic and launched Pure Home Working, enabling businesses to seamlessly transition to the need to work from home; a move that has seen it record one of its most successful periods of trading.

To mark the eleven years in Business, Rob and his team reflected on some of the highlights via a socially distanced office gathering.

Rob comments: “I remember it like it was yesterday when I set up the business and I’m delighted that we’re on track to deliver my vision to create highly skilled job opportunities and deliver products and services that help our clients boost productivity and reduce downtime.”

Certainly, Rob’s original approach to business has ensured the busines stands out in a crowded market.

He says: “It’s easy to say but harder to do, when you talk about differentiating yourself in a crowded market, but I’d say we’ve done this pretty well. For us it is all about service and solving problems for our customers. What is next? More of the same.

“We have a clear growth plan, and we are going to deliver it. The last eleven years have not been without challenges, but we have so much to be positive about in the future.”
