Three new appointments at Bristol firm
Savills has expanded teams in its Bristol office with three new appointments in retail, property management and healthcare.
Alex Kalebic joins as an associate director from Cooke & Arkwright in Cardiff, where he spent over eight years working in the retail and leisure department.
At Savills, Alex will be working on retail and leisure agency and providing professional advice for both landlords and occupiers in high street and shopping centre locations across the South West and Wales.
From BNP Paribas Real Estate, Roscoe Chubb has been appointed as an associate director in the commercial property management team.
He has nearly ten years’ experience in the industry and at Savills, will be responsible for managing national portfolios on behalf of a number of clients including Kames Capital and Standard Life.
Sophia Sham joins the healthcare team as an associate from Edwards Symons (acquired by Lambert Smith Hampton in March 2015) where she spent three years in the healthcare, hotel and leisure valuation team.
At Savills, she will focus on healthcare valuation and consultancy for lenders, investors, operators and developers.
