Trio of hires as Prosperity seeks to expand

Prosperity Wealth, international property investment firm, has announced three new appointments to its Birmingham office. Prosperity manages a portfolio of residential projects worth more than £400 million across the UK.

Marc Pearce has been named Head of Sales and Marketing, joining the firm from British Heart Foundation.

Sunita Kumari joins Prosperity Wealth as property sales consultant, leaving Hastings International. Sham Atwal-Kalia joins the company from The Resort Group.
